These are pictures of my 1903 Curved Dash Oldsmobile Replica built by McLean Sheet Metal in 1995. It is one of about 12 built and is truly a professional job. I have owned it since 1999.
It features brass and bezeled glass kerosene headlamps, beautiful tufted leather carriage top and seat, varnished white oak seat framing, tiller steering, bulb horn, custom stainless steel spoked wheels, Kohler 8 horsepower 4 cycle gasoline engine with electric start and generator, hydraulic drum rear brakes, and fully automatic, constantly variable transmission with forward and reverse. Maximum speed is 40 mph and cruising around 25 to 35 mph.
This fine replica is titled and located in California and with a selling price of $8,500. A custom version from this same maker recently sold (Nov. 27, 2006) on EBAY for $9,500.
